Please read them before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Using our website

You may use pawstation.uk for lawful personal shopping purposes.

If we discover a material error affecting a product you have ordered, we will contact you where appropriate.

Nothing in this section affects your right to receive goods that are as described.

Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

The price payable is the price displayed during checkout when your order is placed, subject to the correction of obvious pricing errors where permitted by law.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before your purchase is completed.

Discount codes and promotions

Paw Station may offer promotions including:

first-order discounts;
email subscriber discounts;
promotional discount codes;
product bundles;
multi-buy offers;
seasonal promotions; and
other special offers.

Promotions may be subject to conditions including:

expiry dates;
minimum order values;
qualifying products;
customer eligibility;

We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an order is placed.

This will not normally affect an order that has already been validly accepted.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, discount codes have no cash value.

Placing an order

When you submit an order through Paw Station, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods.

You will normally receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

Unless we tell you otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm that the order has been dispatched.

Order refusal or cancellation

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary.

Examples include where:

a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorised;
an obvious pricing error has occurred;
materially incorrect product information has been published;
we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
we cannot reasonably deliver to the supplied address; or
accepting the order would breach applicable law.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, any amount due back to you will be refunded.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Payment services may be provided by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

Paw Station does not normally receive or retain your complete debit or credit card number where the transaction is securely processed by a payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery information, estimated delivery times and applicable restrictions are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and, where appropriate, on individual product pages.

Please ensure that all delivery information provided during checkout is accurate.

Your right to cancel

For most goods purchased online, consumers normally have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days after the day the goods are received, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of the cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Faulty goods

Products supplied by Paw Station must meet applicable UK consumer-law requirements.

Goods must be:

of satisfactory quality;
fit for purpose where applicable; and
as described.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

Placing a product in your basket does not reserve that product.

If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:

contact you regarding an appropriate alternative; or
cancel and refund the unavailable item.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Reviews and customer content

Where Paw Station allows customers to submit reviews, photographs, questions or other content, submissions must represent genuine experiences and must not:

be fraudulent;
deliberately mislead customers;
falsely claim that a product was purchased or used;
contain unlawful material;
infringe the rights of another person;
contain abusive or defamatory content;
contain spam; or
contain unrelated advertising.

Paw Station may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including fraudulent, unlawful, irrelevant or abusive content.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Paw Station name, branding and original website content are owned by us or used under appropriate permission.

Our original content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, product images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services

Paw Station may use third-party providers including:

Shopify;
payment processors;
delivery providers;
analytics providers;
marketing services; and
ecommerce applications.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms & Conditions or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, except where the law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
